Guideline for submission
•
All submitted cases will be officially reviewed and selected by official graders of this meeting and the notification of application status will be emailed to a presenter and listed on this website on or about November 26, 2010.
•
All cases should be submitted through the website and the case on a CD-ROM of PowerPoint format with linked AVI video files and the printed case submission confirmation should be mailed to the address below.
